Authors do not need to register for the conference prior to submitting an abstract. However, following acceptance into the programme, at least one of the authors of the paper must register by September 10th, 2019.

Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing (letter and/or email) by the deadline(s) listed within this policy.

Refund requests postmarked or emailed more than 40 days from the start of the conference - 100% refund.

Refund requests postmarked or emailed less than 40 days, but prior to 15 days from the start of the conference – 50% refund.

Request for refunds received within 14 days of the considered will not be considered.

Refunds will be sent or credited within six weeks after the conference has concluded.
